For those looking to head to Europe, Norwegian Air is currently offering some cheap flights from New York to Copenhagen in the fall starting at around $400 roundtrip. Airfares to Europe used to be $900+, but with these new low-cost carriers adding service to the US, airfares have really lowered a lot. We wrote about cheap fares on Norwegian Air a few months ago, but it appears these deals are back and even cheaper than before.
MileValue points out if you pay in Norwegian and with the Swedish Krone, this becomes an even better deal, so I’d recommend checking out his post if you’re looking to save even more.
To book this deal, just head over to Norwegian’s site and you’re able to look at a calendar view of the cheapest dates, so you may be able to find flights for under $400 depending on the dates.
Even if you don’t want to go to Copenhagen, you could book this then connect within Europe on RyanAir or Easyjet or even use british airways avios for short flights, since they start at just 4,500 each way.
If you’re looking to head to Europe, you won’t really find a cheaper way.
