  1. It seems highly targeted… none out of 21 cards… haven’t checked 5 soft serve cards yet.

  2. Didn’t get this one or the Staples $20 credit/$100 spend which some got yesterday. It isn’t always a matter of not being targeted. Some are reporting that offers may appear and then disappear when maximum number of cardholders has been reached. In other words, tip, you may have had the offer on all those cards but didn’t respond quickly enough.
