Panda Express has a food truck and it’s going on tour starting in a few days across the country and will be giving out free Orange Chicken in the following cities. The road tour starts on August 22 and runs through September 27th. The LA Times reports, “the truck will be doling out free samples of orange chicken and white rice, along with a Pepsi”
