The sleep kit consists of eye shades, socks and ear plugs. I value ear plugs and take them with me even after I leave the plane.

Next is lip and body moisturizer to keep you comfortable at altitude. I always bring my own Chapstick and lotion, but a spare is nice to have.

Bottom Line

Delta’s Business Class amenity kit is made by Tumi and it feels like good quality. The contents are all useable and nice to have’s on a long flight. But one thing that I found missing is a moist towelette / antibacterial wipe to clean your hands. That would be the one thing I would add to this kit. What would you add and what do you think of the contents (and kit) of Delta Business Class?
