Bottom Line

Stay tuned for Prime Day July 12th. Here’s hoping that it is more exciting then it was last year! If you don’t have Amazon Prime yet, don’t forget that you can get a free 30 day trial and Amazon is offering a new monthly payment option for Amazon Prime membership. I love Amazon Prime and use the many benefits daily. With the new monthly option, you can choose when you would like to have Amazon Prime versus paying for it annually. If you just want Prime Video, you can get it for $8.99/month and if you want full benefits of Prime, you can pay $10.99/month. This is not necessarily a great savings unless you only want the benefits for a short period of time because with the annual Prime option, you are only paying $8.25/month.

Comments

  1. Doesnt seem to be working for $160 worth of Amazon lightning deals, which are obviously fulfilled by Amazon… Using a Chase Amazon VISA = no good.

  2. Amazon ended the promo with no warning in the middle of the day.

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory with prime day. Bought the TV I was looking at from Best Buy instead.

  3. Also tried using the Amazon.com Visa Prime day deal at 730am PDT and it didn’t work either…what a bummer! The terms should say if you can’t use it for an Alexa or Kindle Paper White (both amazon products, shipped and sold from amazon…) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  4. Glad to know I wasn’t the only one duped BUT not glad I wasted time shopping only to end up cancelling after the promotion code was denied. #PRIMEDISAPPOINTMENT

  5. Very disappointed with Chase! This promotion was very deceptive! Chase should of had a time limit on the offer, or at least said when the offer was over! Shame on you Chase Bank!
