Delta has launched a new promotion for SkyMiles members where you can earn double SkyMiles on flights between the United Stated and Tokyo Haneda, for flights through February 28, 2017.

In addition, Delta is offering Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Medallions traveling on Delta flights access to the TIAT Lounge and TIAT Lounge Annex at Tokyo-Haneda airport for themselves and a guest thorough April 30, 2017.

New flights between Minneapolis (MSP) or Los Angeles and Tokyo’s Haneda Airport (HND) start October 29th and save you time with downtown only 30 minutes away – that’s 45 minutes closer than other airports. Even better, enjoy double miles to Tokyo-Haneda, when you enroll by January 12th, then book and fly by February 28, 2017

Delta is really trying to push their service to Tokyo-Haneda, and both of the offers including the double SkyMiles for everyone on these routes, as well as the lounge access for elite members solidifies their goal.
