The one thing I love most about Delta other than their operational excellence is their customer experience. I can use Delta’s app, website, kiosks or interact with agents to get the experience and interactions that I desire.
Delta Down
However, that doesn’t always go as planned.
The Delta App is usually great for booking award tickets, paid tickets, checking upgrade lists, changing seats, even redeeming free drink awards. But that’s not the case tonight.
The Delta app is down. The screen shot below is what I saw when trying to log into the app.
Am I alone on this, or do any of you have the same problem. Drop a note into the comments and share if you are or are not able to get into the Delta app on your phone.

I have the same error message.
Yep, it’s down. And no real timeframe for it to be back up. I’m guessing it’s a combination of the archaic IT equipment Delta has and the slamming their website and call center are getting due to the projected Winter storm blowing through ATL tomorrow. I may or may not get home tomorrow and I may or may not make my flight Sunday to DFW. Here’s to hoping they don’t have a meltdown like they did back in April. Took me three days to get home that time.
Mine has been down for a few weeks. Though it was just me at first – hopefully it will be fixed sooner rather than later. Guess “Fly Delta” isn’t much of a priority for a company in the business of commercial air transport.

Also, a few weeks is a little extreme. Did you try deleting it from your phone and reinstalling?
Wait on Delta Diamond line is 2.5-3.5 hrs … quite the service for the top customers
