There are many reasons I like the Park Hyatt. Their properties are often in great locations, have updated and stylish interiors, but one item usually stands out, the Free breakfast options offered to Hyatt top tier status members. I was fortunate enough to try one of those breakfast options lately with the Park Hyatt hot fried chicken biscuit at the Park Hyatt DC, and it didn’t disappoint.

The menu at the Park Hyatt DC Blue Duck Tavern has impressive breakfast options. But one immediately caught my eye, Hot Fried Chicken Biscuit. It is made of:

  1. Cole Slaw
  2. House Hot Sauce
  3. Buttermilk Biscuit
  4. Sunny-side Up Egg
  5. And of course, delicious Fried Chicken

The meal came out within about 10-15 minutes. It was ever bit as hot and fresh as I had hoped. You can see the quality of the dish in the pictures below.

Cutting into this Chicken Biscuit reveled juicy hot goodness. The house hot sauce was just the right amount of kick, and the Cole slaw added that perfect crunch.

Bottom Line

I would highly recommend the Hot Fried Chicken Biscuit next time you find yourself at the Park Hyatt DC restaurant, Blue Duck Tavern. Have you ever tried this option or another option that is better?
