Maybe your luck is better, but I have always experienced trouble actually getting miles from 800flowers promos. I always ended up having to follow up several times. And then they say go to the airline. Between the time spent and the two I never did get I decided it just wasn’t worth it gave up on them.
Others may fare better, but I’m done with 800 flowers.
I should note that Amex did come through in the past. It was the miles that was the problem.
Southwest just emailed me an offer for a 1,7500 point bonus for a $35 order at 1800Flowers.com and you can do that up to 5 times. Not too shabby. Only problem is every time I try to place an order it says the promo code won’t work with the ShopRunner program which it automatically uses. Nowhere in the order process does it give you the option of using or not using ShopRunner. It just automatically goes there. I tried logging out of my ShopRunner program and then making the order, but still stuck in SR mode. 1800F customer service had no clue either. So basically I can’t place any order using any promo code at 1800F. Weird.
Any ideas?
