Virgin Hotels are opening their second hotel, which will be in New York City’s NoMad neighborhood next year. The property will feature 465 guest rooms, several bars and restaurants and now Swingers!

Yes, the popular London based mini-golf Swingers, will be opening their first NYC location inside the Virgin Nomad hotel, making it quite convenient for those staying at the property to take advantage of this amenity.

Per the Commercial Observer,

London-based Swingers—known for its blend of large-scale indoor golf courses, innovative curating of street food offerings and original cocktails set in an English 1920s-themed space—has leased 22,000 square feet in the basement level of the Virgin that is under construction at 1227 Broadway between West 29th and West 30th Streets, Commercial Observer has learned. It marks the golf club venture’s first U.S. location.

Swingers’ two existing locations are in London—in the Financial District and Oxford Circus.

I haven’t been to Swingers in London, but have heard great things so it’s great that they’re gonna be opening their first U.S. location. Another popular spot that recently opened in NYC is Magic Hour, which also features mini-golf in the summer so it’s great that those looking to sip some drinks and take some swings will now have another option.

Topgolf also has been expanding across the country, so it will be nice to welcome Swingers as I expect this will become a hotspot, similar to what the ping-pong bar Spin has.
