For those traveling out of Las Vegas today, the American Express Centurion Lounge Las Vegas is closed due to maintenance issues. This lounge was one of the lounges recently closed for a minor entrance renovation however that has since been completed, so it’s unclear why exactly this lounge was closed to.
I reached out to American Express Platinum Concierge, however they were unaware of the lounge closure today.
“We regret to inform you that The Centurion Lounge is closed today due to maintenance issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
The American Express Centurion Lounge Las Vegas is located in Concourse D across from Gate D1. You can access the lounge if you’re departing from either Terminal 1 or 3, thanks for the tram system at McCarran International Airport. The lounge is normally open daily from 5am-11pm, so here’s to hoping it reopens soon!
Both cardholders of the Platinum Card® from American Express, and The Business Platinum Card® from American Express are able to access the lounge and can bring in two guests with them each time.

Amex Card Services confirms that LAS Cent Lounge is now open today, 3/11/19. (Hope this is correct as agent said they have a Lounge locator that’s real time).,
Unfortunately still closed. I was looking forward to using Centurion lounge at LAS today! Sadly I had to go to the Club, an inferior alternative.
The lounge was open this afternoon and fwiw the manager said they’re pretty sure the maintenance issue has been resolved for good.
