Wyndham Rewards offers a generous hotel status match and challenge for members of many of their competitor hotel programs. They will mach status from Marriott Rewards, Hilton Honors, Choice Privileges, Hyatt, IHG, Radisson Rewards, Best Western, and Omni Select Guest.

Next, upload a screenshot of your competing hotel status. You’ll also need to fill out some brief information before submitting your request. Wyndham is generally pretty quick about getting back to you, so you should hear within a week.

Depending on your status, you can either be matched to Wyndham Rewards Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status.

• Platinum benefits include Early Check-In | Preferred Room Choice | Earn +15% Points on Qualified Stays
• Diamond benefits include Suite Upgrades at Select Hotels | Welcome Amenity at Select Brands | Earn +20% Points on Qualified Stays

The status through the status match is given for 90 days. A reduced amount of nights are needed to stay during 90 days to retain the status. To retain Platinum status, you’d need to stay 7 nights or to retain Diamond status you’d need to stay 14 nights.

One of the most lucrative perks of Wyndham Diamond status is that you can receive Caesars Rewards Diamond status.
