Traveling with kids can be daunting especially if you don’t have the right gear. We just did our first week long International trip with 3 kids (including an infant.) Here’s what we used, what we liked and what we didn’t.

Traveling With An Infant Newest Recommended Gear

Baby is 4 months old.

My favorite new item ended up being this mat:

3 Sprouts Play Mat Bag – Large Portable Floor Activity Rug for Baby Storage

I loved this because it gave me a safe and clear spot of the baby to do tummy time, play with toys and lounge without being held all the time.

I also used this stroller, which I still think rocks! I was pleasantly surprised that our 4 month old could sit in it comfortably. He was a little slouched, but it was fine and this stroller takes up no space at all!

I also bought the Fisher-Price Sit-Me-Up Floor Seat for this trip because it folds up. While it travels well, I didn’t end up using it as much as the mat.
