Delta’s first new concourse recently opened at New York’s LaGuardia airport which houses gates 92-96. Delta Shuttle flights to Boston, Washington D.C., and Chicago O’Hare will now depart from the new concourse.
Checking Out Delta’s New LaGuardia (LGA) Concourse
As a result, on a recent Delta shuttle flight from LaGuardia to Washington D.C., I had the opportunity to check out the new concourse. Delta’s security at Terminal D hasn’t changed location, meaning it’s a trek to the new gates once you clear security.

Love racking up the Delta Miles?
If you are looking for more ways to earn Delta miles, consider The Delta SkyMiles® Reserve American Express Card, The Delta SkyMiles® Platinum American Express Card or The Delta SkyMiles® Gold American Express Card.
Spacious seating area at the gates, considering these are primarily used for Delta Shuttle flights which are operated by their regional jets of no more than 76 passengers.
Several dining options including Flatiron Tavern & Provisions
You can also stop by the new juicepress location for a pre-flight smoothie or cold pressed juice.
There’s also a sit down restaurant called Rossi Pizzeria.
One nice feature is that every single seat in the gate area has multiple charging power ports including USB chargers, so you can plug-in before your flight.
This is the first concourse for Delta that has opened at LaGuardia, and based on what I’ve seen, I’m excited to see the rest of Delta’s new home be completed.
One negative currently is the Delta SkyClub is the current existing one in the D gates, meaning it’s a long ways from this new concourse so allow extra time if you’re planning of stopping in the lounge before departure.
Have you had a chance to check out any of the new concourses at LaGuardia yet? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below.
