Delta has announced that starting in March they’ll be adding BON & VIV spiked seltzer onboard. Customers in Delta One, Delta Premium Select, First Class and Delta Comfort+ can enjoy complimentary 12 oz. cans complimentary, while those in the Main Cabin will be able to purchase this for $8. Delta plans to offer two flavors onboard including grapefruit and lemon-lime.
Per Delta,
Key to Delta’s innovative approach to the food and beverage space is continuity between Delta Sky Club and onboard offerings. After a testing period earlier this year, domestic Delta Sky Clubs introduced BON & VIV to overwhelming positive feedback. Now, customers can enjoy the delicious, premium hard seltzers on the ground and in the air.
As another enhancement to the onboard beverage program, customers have been enjoying a Delta’s new Cocktail of the Moment while onboard domestic flights over the past several months. Featuring fresh, seasonal flavors, Delta’s upcoming Cocktail of the Moment, the Lavender Sour, will be an additional beverage that domestic Delta One and Delta Premium Select customers can look forward to sipping this summer.
Spiked seltzer is the latest alcoholic beverage trend and we’ve seen many US airlines add to their inflight beverage offerings. American Airlines recently started serving Truly onboard, and JetBlue Airways has allowed followed the trend.
