We’ve previously shared that MGM Resorts announced they’ll be reopening Bellagio Las Vegas; New York-New York Hotel and Casino; and MGM Grand Hotel and Casino on June 4th as the first resorts they open. Additional hotels and amenities will open in the coming months based on demand, the company says.

Since the initial announcement, MGM Resorts announced that Excalibur would be reopening on June 11th due to demand.

Per MGM Resorts,

MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) announced it will add several of its resorts in the weeks ahead. Luxor and The Shoppes at Mandalay Bay Place will reopen on June 25 at 10 am PST. They will be followed by ARIA at 10 am PST, and Mandalay Bay, Four Seasons Las Vegas at 11 am PST on July 1.

“It was exciting and emotional to see the energy in Las Vegas last week as we welcomed back our employees and reopened our doors to guests for the first time in months,” said Bill Hornbuckle, MGM Resorts’ Acting CEO and President. “Our guests are having a great time and are thrilled to be back in the city they love. We are eager to get more of our employees back to work and enhance the Las Vegas experience with additional resorts.”

Luxor, Mandalay Bay, Four Seasons Las Vegas and ARIA join Bellagio, MGM Grand and New York-New York, which opened earlier this month and Excalibur which is expected to open on June 11.

Here’s a recap of the latest MGM Resorts opening dates:

There’s still no dates announced for The Mirage Hotel and Casino and Park MGM, however I’d suspect we’d see both of these open by the end of the summer at the latest.

As previously mentioned MGM Resorts Offering Free Parking Upon Reopening, however resort fees are still being collected. Additionally, if you’re planning on heading to Vegas this summer, you’ll want to enroll in World of Hyatt Triple Points Bonus Journeys Promotion which includes MGM Resorts.

  1. I had planned a trip to London with AA miles in BA F, but given the uncertainties surrounding international travel, as well as the (mis)managemnt by the British government, I had to cancel. Las Vegas is at the top of my list as a replacement.

I wish more properties/amenities were open, but demand seems pretty strong if they’re going to announce additional openings this quickly, so I guess we’ll see that fairly soon.
