Alaska Airlines is offering a generous status match opportunity for those with Delta, United, or Southwest Airlines elite status. If you qualify, you must register April 15, 2021 and you’ll be granted status through December 31, 2021.

The one caveat is that you must of earned elite status in 2020 or 2021 through flying, though it’s worth a shot to sign-up if you have a combination of credit card spending to earn miles.

Here’s how to apply for status match:

1. Sign up for Alaska Mileage Plan. Note your member number. Already a member? You’re one step ahead.
2. Complete the form below and upload a screenshot or PDF of your Delta, Southwest, or United Airlines frequent flyer account. Screenshot must include specific details, noted below.
3. We’ll let you know if your elite status match request has been approved in about 2–4 weeks. Once approved, you can start flying and enjoy the benefits that come with elite status on Alaska Airlines.

Alaska Airline isn’t the only one to offer a status match. You’ll recall Delta’s Latest Status Match Promotion, where you’ll receive a higher tier level of status than you’re matching from including up to Diamond Medallion status.
