Hilton announced plans to open Conrad Los Angeles at The Grand LA next year, located in downtown Los Angeles. Hilton continues to expand the brand in the Americas, as Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World opened earlier this summer.
Per Hilton,
Expected to open in 2022 and managed by Hilton, the 28-story hotel will include 305 modern guest rooms with bold design, as well as a spa, elevated indoor/outdoor lobby with sweeping views of the iconic Walt Disney Concert Hall, and a 16,000 square foot rooftop terrace complete with a private pool deck overlooking downtown LA.Â
Guests will enjoy locally inspired culinary experiences through dining outlets featuring expansive lounges and outdoor amenities that embrace California’s outdoor culture, all while staying true to Conrad’s commitment to wellness and sustainable travel. The luxury property will also offer 12,000 square feet of meeting and event facilities with integrated technology capabilities as well as a state-of-the-art fitness room for guests.Â
When it comes to luxury hotels in downtown Los Angeles, currently there’s the Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles located at L.A. Live, so it’s nice to see a another luxury property announced.
Downtown Los Angeles is expected to see the new Park Hyatt Los Angeles at Oceanwide Plaza, yet there is no formal opening date on this property as it’s been pushed back.
