Delta is having a private concert for SkyMiles members Monday night at Madison Square Garden called Jet Set with the Jonas Brothers. New York City based SkyMiles members were invited to this event and had to redeem 10,000 SkyMiles in order to attend. It appears that there will be 2,000 people in attendance.
Delta SkyMiles Experiences allow SkyMiles members to redeem SkyMiles for unique experiences including concerts, sporting events, and more. They’ve currently been paused since the start of the pandemic, but the site now says “New Experiences Coming Soon”. It seems that this concert could be a way to kick off the return of SkyMiles Experiences.
Here’s the email to SkyMiles members who signed up:
We know it’s hard to wait sometimes, but we promise to notify you shortly about your request for Jonas Brothers tickets. If you were one of the first 1,000 SkyMiles Members to request the tickets, you’ll get an email May 26, 2022 from Madison Square Garden with a link to accept your tickets, and 10,000 miles will be deducted from your account.
Delta SkyMiles members who are based in New York City were invited to redeem 10,000 SkyMiles to attend a private concert by the Jonas Brothers at Madison Square Garden this upcoming Monday night. Those who received the email and opted-in, received a follow-up email a few days later confirming their attendance.
It’s highly likely that this concert is to kick-off the return of Delta SkyMiles Experiences which have been paused since the start of the pandemic, as the site now says these will be coming soon. For context Marriott Bonvoy Moments have returned in full swing, so it’s time for the return of SkyMiles Experiences.
