Alec Baldwin has a way with words. He apologized to passengers of the American Airlines flight he delayed while simultaneously insulting the over 17 million people who travel by bus every year. He apologized to the passengers and said flying has become like a “Grey Hound Bus experience”. Meanwhile Greyhound is still trying to figure out what they ever did to Alec Baldwin. Speaking of traveling with buses, MegaBus is offering 200,000 free tickets.

The upside for him is that on a bus, he won’t have to quit playing WWF. The upside for everyone else is that he won’t delay another flight. Great idea!
@aadvantagegeek – your right, he insulted one of the commercial travel methods that actually would have let him play his words with friends game.
Plus on the right buses, wifi is usually free, so he wouldn’t have even had to use his data plan, ha!
Just wanted to say that I’m glad you put up an offer for bus tickets on your blog – with so much emphasis on flying in the blogging world, it’s a nice change of pace! Happy travels!
@newgirl – Glad you find value in the bus tickets. Free trips on a bus are a great deal!
@nottotootmyownhorn – Thats pretty funny, I’m still cracking up ‘Meanwhile Greyhound is still trying to figure out what they ever did to Alec Baldwin’
I was able to book a bunch of these tickets earlier this week. If you put them all in one reservation then its a one time 50 cent fee. I am not 100% sure of my plans, but figured why not! Hopefully a few will work out.
@Dealswelike – brilliant idea on how to reduce the transaction fee. Worst case is you don’t use them and you are out only $0.50! Awesome tip, glad you shared.
