Update: The 100,000 bonus point offer is expired.
There are many reasons I like the Platinum American Express card and the Business Platinum American Express card. The benefits are great but a 100,000 bonus point welcome offer is the best benefit.
100,000 Business Platinum American Express
I’ve taken advantage of the 100,000 welcome bonus offers in the past, but there is a new campaign going on now. This month I’ve received not one, but two targeted offers for 100,000 bonus membership rewards points when I apply and meet spending requirements with the Business Platinum Card from American Express. Only one problem, I’ve already applied for these cards with the 100,000 bonus so I’m prevented from applying again. But hopefully some of you will see this new targeted campaign appear in your mailbox soon. And make sure you change your American Express settings to increase your chances of receiving these targeted offers.
Targeted 100,000 Business Platinum American Express Card Offer
The targeted offer provides 100,000 Membership Rewards points when you are approved by November 30, 2013 and spend $10,000 on the card within the first 3 months of being a card member. Applications must be received and approved by November 30, 2013.
If you have a targeted offer, simply call 800-971-6736 or visit open.com/getplatinum and provide your personal RSVP code contained in the offer. Bonus offer code AQDN:0001 was referenced in the offer as well.
Unfortunately, the welcome bonus offer is not available to applicants who have had this product or any other Business Gold or Green Card account within the last 12 months. Since I’ve registered for both a 100,000 Platinum American Express offer and a 75,000 Business Gold American Express offer, I cannot take advantage of these two offers I’ve received.

My wife recieved this offer and I was wondering if I could use her RSVP offer for myself?
These offers are intended fr the business name it is set to, but I’ve found them to be generally transferrable to other business associates in the same company/business for business purposes.
I also saw a targeted offer from Delta for a 50K sign-up bonus, for both business and personal, to add to your other large credit card offers list.
Hey, I got the targetted Platinum 100k offer in the mail a few weeks ago.. When I log in and try to redeem it, it does not mention 100k anywhere!!
I figure if I use my “RSVP” code, it should automatically credit, no?
I almost bit when I got it, but a week later i got the 75k Business Gold… Your thoughts on which? I won’t be travelling international at all next year to take full advantage of the card!
I got this 100k offer and have to apply by April 2014. However the eligible purchase said it didnt include purchase or reloading of prepaid cards. Do u think VR still works since it will be coded like a CVS transaction ?
