The US Airways Grand Slam promotion may come up this summer or early fall. To prepare for the promotion, we’re looking at all of our hits from last year and doing what we can to prepare to get a hit. The e-Miles Grand Slam hit requires 500 miles in your e-Miles account, so this one usually takes a bit of time.

But with the new e-Miles “Jump On The Summer” promotion, you could win an easy 1,000 e-Miles good for a Grand Slam hit. Even better, you could win the Grand Prize and be awarded with 100,000 e-Miles. Check out how to participate in the promotion below.

Comments

  1. Am I the only one that doesn’t see any mention of this promotion on the e-miles homepage?

  2. Hi Lindsay – I can’t find it on the website either. But I did receive the email, T&C’s and official rules in an email.

Hi Drew – Looks like it is. You can find your hits in your detailed spreadsheet that you kept track of last year 😀

  3. Where do we view the ads? I don’t see any after I login (unless I am missing something?).

  4. e-miles did a fairly lame job of connecting the e-mailed promotion to their website. In fact there is no carry through. You have to just have good faith that if you follow their e-mailed instructions you will be entered.

& 500 points for the Grand Slam tells me I better do more than surveys to get my miles up. I’m only pacing 10 miles per week through surveys, at best.

  5. Xcat – You will receive ads randomly. The best thing you can do is to complete your profile.

MKHFNR – Concur. I’m hovering around ~400, so I need about 20 more (5 mile) “survey’s” to prep for the hit. Unless of course, I win the 1k or 100k giveaway.

Brings me to a broader question. Can I transfer e-Miles to other people’s accounts?

  6. Just got an email offering 100 free miles for signing up:

“Enroll by June 30, 2012 for a chance to win 100,000 miles. Plus, we’ll deposit an additional bonus of 100 miles into your account when you activate your membership. We’re giving away:
1 grand prize of 100,000 bonus miles
    6 second-place prizes of 25,000 bonus miles
Visit e-Miles each week to see advertising messages that have been selected to match your interests. It’s quick and easy. And best of all, membership is free.”

  7. I dunno, by “ads” I wonder if they mean “offers”, eg what you usually click on to earn your points.

    Very confusing.

  8. Oops, now I see…if you click on the “ads” you will be prompted to “continue” and then a popup will come up with the usual questions, no points, but guess that’s the qualification procedure. So feel free to delete my prior comment…
