My Personal Experience With Briggs & Riley Warranty
Like The Weekly Flyer, I too am a proud owner of a Briggs and Riley Baseline Carry-on. His story sounds a whole lot like mine. Last April, after 3 solid years of weekly travel with my Briggs, I tugged a little too hard removing my carry-on from the overhead bin and ripped the top handle. The reason I purchased the bag in the first place was for the lifetime warranty so I was curious to see how they would live up to the promise. The very next day I popped over to an authorized luggage dealer without a reservation at the local mall. I showed the employee behind the counter my bag and he immediately opened his drawer, to find the replacement part I needed. After about 10 minutes of tinkering my bag was repaired and ready to go. The bill was 0.00 and I went on my merry way. I have not had a single issue since.
