Wow, Delta has really been on a roll lately. First by UP-ing their already good Food & Beverage game and now with their inflight cocktails. We shared the news about the increasing SkyClub Food options, new meals on JFK routes, then a new menu from Atlanta. Now they are improving the drinking experience with four new Signature cocktails

Members may find out about this through the arrival of their new elite member packages. You can also find a few interesting tid-bits of information included in the packets. For example, did you know:

  • 215 Diamond members have been members since 1981?
  • Best place to find a Delta Diamond is in ATL, MSP, LGA, DTW, SLC?
  • Diamonds represent 1/20 Medallion members?
  • There are 71 different countries that Diamond members call home?

Delta Blue Diamond Signature Cocktail

The Blue Diamond is the pinnacle of the new drinks (except for those who get the exclusive invite to the Delta 360 club).

The Blue Diamond is made by mixing:

  • 1 part Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • Splash of Minute Maid Apple Juice
  • 3 Parts Seagram’s Tonic Water
  • Served Over Ice

Bottom Line

I look forward to trying all of Delta’s new signature cocktails. My likely favorite appears to be the Platinum Takeoff.
