Go here to this link to search by state to see if there is a store near you who has the Target Prepaid REDcard available.

3.) How can I get a Target Prepaid REDcard if my state doesn’t have them yet?

Maybe see if there is a location that has them where your family or friends live. That is how we got them, we had one of our friends pick us up a couple and send them to us.

  1. Hey just curious but you say that you are able to load your redcard in NYC, but we currently have 3 targets. I tried in white plains and the Bronx without success. Which target do you use?
