Looking to head to Australia this year without spending a whole lot of money? Then, now’s the time thanks to United Airlines with fares under $400 between the US and Australia. These are available for most dates from now until the rest of the year, and appear to be mainly from Delta hub cities.

If you’re looking to head to Australia in the spring or summer on the cheap, be sure to check out these deals, which are available on United Airlines from most of Delta hub cities including Detroit, Seattle, Atlanta and more. Note, it appears that you must return to Los Angeles to get these cheap fares.

  1. Your screen shots don’t show any return dates (they appear to be one way fares). I’ve used the dates shown and am getting nothing significantly south of $900 round trip with an LAX return. Can you share some sample outbound/return date pairings that you used? If you have any round trip samples to/from LAX, let me know. Thank you.
