As we posted earlier this week, that the highly sought after Chase Sapphire Reserve Card will get a reduced sign up bonus from 100,000 points after $4,000 spend within the first three months to 50,000 points after $4,000 in spend within the first three months. The last day to apply for the Chase Sapphire Reserve Card online with the 100,000 point bonus will be January 11, 2017. On January 12, 2017, the bonus will be decreased to the 50,000 Ultimate Rewards points after completing minimum spend. I’d urge you to sign up for this card if you’re thinking about getting it online prior to this deadline. You can see all the Banks that we have offer for here.

Now Is A Good Time To Get Chase Sapphire Reserve Card

We have written about the many benefits of the card (and there are many.) Check out these posts for more details.

You can see all the Banks that we have offer for here. To see all offers you can click on the “Other Points & Travel Credit Cards†tab under ‘Rewards Cards.’ Then just click on the link that says “Click Here for card offers by issuing Bankâ€Â and scroll down to view all card offers from the bank that you are interested in. If you get the 100K bonus points, you can use those points for $1,500 in free travel or you can transfer them into airline miles or hotel points potentially for more.

Keep in mind that your application will be subject to Chase’s 5/24 rule. If you have opened five or more new cards in the past 24 months you generally will not be eligible.

Bottom Line

There are many more perks associated with this credit card including no foreign transaction fees and 3x points on any travel purchases. The perks of this card are well worth the fee for those who love to travel!  The last day to apply for the Chase Sapphire Reserve Card online with the 100,000 point bonus will be January 11, 2017.
