Now that the Marriott/SPG merge is complete, you can combine your accounts to see your new elite status. Marriott is recommending that you merge your accounts now but, definitely 3 days before your next reservation. I personally am still having trouble logging into my Marriott account so I am going to wait a couple days to give them time to get the remaining kinks out. Hi, I am a Platinum Premier Elite of all three brands Ritz, Marriott and SPG I still cannot combine my accounts I am missing upcoming reservations on the SPG site and all of my miles on the SPG but they have record of them when I call in but have not appear on my account. What do I do?
I was able to combine Marriott and SPG accounts. The points are there, along with all reservations but they claim it takes 72 hours to get everything posted.
