  1. Thanks for the tip, it worked great! Just one caveat: Don’t use any gift cards as partial payment or it won’t work…you have to pay entirely with your AmEx card.

  2. Delivery fees of $10 for each time PLUS $14.99 per month for the fresh add-on in addition to paying $119.00/year for Prime!

    How can you avoid the $10 delivery fee? Is there a minimum spending threshold to avoid this fee?
