I decided to redeem 50,000 Marriott Bonvoy points for a New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden package. Shortly after purchasing the package, I received a confirmation email of the  package details.

Congratulations! You’ve secured access to see the NY Knicks on February 16 from Arena Seats in the Marriott Bonvoy® Luxury Suite at Madison Square Garden.
Event Details: Marriott Bonvoy® Luxury Suite LSL26
- Entrance: The South VIP Entrance is located on 31st Street between 7th and 8th Avenue – There is a beige awning marked “South VIP Entrance.â€
- Timing: Doors will open at least 90 minutes prior to the event. Doors are subject to change, check event website for the most up to date timing.
- Ticket Information:Â A link to accept your digital tickets will be sent to the email associated with your Marriott Bonvoy account from a Ticketmaster address. Tickets must be accepted via the link in the email, and downloaded to your MSG app which can be displayed to the gate attendant for entry. Tickets are non-transferable. - Suite Seating: Specific seats within your Arena or Barstool section are designated on-site on a first-come, first-serve basis on the night of your event. Your digital tickets are not individualized, and do not guarantee a specific seat in the Suite.
- Bag Policies: Bags are not permitted in the venue, with the exception of personal items such as small pocketbooks and purses, no larger than 10â€x 8â€x 6â€.
- Event Policies: Please bring a proper photo ID for check in. Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Suite.
