Starbucks couldn’t sit by while McDonalds was basically handing coffee out in the streets to win the hearts and minds of the morning cup-of-coffee customer group. So they are now offering 3x bonus stars for a limited time to get people to come over to their stores.

It is an interesting competing offer. Starbucks is offering me 3x bonus stars when I visit 3 stores by April 8, 2014. I think the timing of the timing couldn’t be more coincidental with the timing of free McDonalds Coffee through April 13, 2014.

Which Is Better?

Free coffee or 3x stars?

How To Earn 3x Starbucks Stars

  • Visit 3 different stores by April 8 and you’ll earn 3 Bonus Stars

Starbucks 3x Stars Offers

Bottom Line

I’ll go with the free coffee any day over bonus stars.
