Have you ever lost your Priority Pass card and need to replace it? I have a Priority Pass membership from my Platinum Card from American Expressso I decided to contact them to see if they could replace it.

However, not so fast they explained they’re not able to replace the cards and that Priority Pass must be contacted, who will be able to mail out a new card. If you do receive Priority Pass as a benefit of a premium credit card such as the Platinum Card, they will however be able to tell your Priority Pass number.

Next phone up Priority Pass, which they can be reached at 1-800-352-2834. When calling just explain that you lost your card and you need a replacement. They will ask you for your Membership number (which you can get from your credit card company such as Amex, if you don’t know it). They’ll also want to verify your address, and last 4 digits of your credit card. Once this information is verified they’re able to mail you out a replacement.

As an alternative, Priority Pass offers a digital membership card, through their app. To get started with this, you’ll need your card number and a verification code, which you can get by calling Priority Pass.

After a few minutes on being on hold with Priority Pass, I was issued a new card. You only need to call Priority Pass for a lost/stolen card, as if your card is expiring, they will automatically issue you a new one.

If you just signed up for a premium card such as the Platinum Card from American Express, and need a Priority Pass card for the first time, you’re want to reach out to the credit card issuer, who will be able to request your initial Priority Pass card for you.

Per Priority Pass,

Please report your lost, stolen or damaged Priority Pass membership card immediately to our Membership Services team. Dependent on your membership status, our team may be able provide you with a replacement membership card that will be dispatched within three business days (delivery times may vary). In some cases, our Membership Services team may need to refer your request for assistance to the card issuer or organization that has granted you access to Priority Pass.

  1. I know some people also get their PP through The Sapphire Reserve. If you have misplaced/lost it, you can call their Card Benefit Services (9a-5p EST, M-F) and request a new one. It’s actually easier, as they will just issue it for you.

They also do have an option for a digital card, which you need to ask for. It will not automatically load if you sign up with your #. It’s a special link.

  2. I have misplaced my priority pass of my name bhanu Prakash Jalan .Kindly help as I am living for London tomorrow.
