- Make a purchase at Office Max through their portal to earn 1 Business Extra point per $20 spent
- Pay with your SimplyCash® Business Card from American Express you can earn 5% cash back at office supply stores (optional)
Bottom Line
It is good that there is another way to earn Business Extra points by spending at Office Max. However, going through the Chase portal will earn 5x Chase points per dollar or 3x miles through the AAdvantage portal. If you have a Chase UR account, it is definitely better to earn 5x/$1 vs 3x/$1 or 1x/$20. Still, if you are close to an AA Business Extra award, this might come in handy.
