As a Hyatt Diamond member (earned the hard way) one of my favorite benefits are the Diamond Suite upgrade certs. These become very important to our family because we can guarantee that we will have a bigger room when we are traveling as a family of 4. If you are new to Hyatt Diamond (maybe you did the recent status match and gained Diamond status) as a reminder you can and should, “Treat yourself to a suite upgrade at the time of reservation four times annually on eligible paid nights.” Last year I waited until the last minute to use one of mine and found myself with long hold times with Hyatt. The last day to use your Diamond Suite upgrades is February 29th, 2016 after that they will be expired. EEK! Don’t wait until the last minute to figure out where you are gonna use these little gems.
